The specific scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or agreement provided before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform services on your behalf. This includes tax documents, financial records, and any other materials we request. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays, additional fees, or errors in filings.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be communicated to you before work begins, either through an engagement letter or written estimate. Payment terms will be specified in your engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and records. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to any third party without your express written consent, except as required by law or professional regulatory obligations.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to minimize your tax liability through lawful strategies and accurate preparation, we cannot guarantee specific tax outcomes, refund amounts, or the results of IRS interactions. Tax laws are subject to change, and results depend on many factors beyond our control.

7. Electronic Communication

By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us regarding your account, services, and appointments. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at team@netsavetax.com.

8. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS messages from NetSave Tax & Accounting, you consent to receive text messages regarding your account, appointments, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on account activity. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for services already performed. We will return your original documents upon request.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
